In these very unusual times, I truly hope you all find some joy and some hope in the ordinary beauty of our daily lives.

Spring is here and it is a lovely reminder of how powerful and beautiful change can be. It carries the energy of new beginnings and brighter days.
I find Spring so much more stimulating than January to set intentions, implement changes, deepen knowledge of self and practice self – care.

I am excited to share with you some upcoming events for April and May.
Each month I will run :

– A Pilates Workshop to deepen your practice, connect to your body and learn to apply new techniques.

Sunday April 3rd and May 1st

(15:30 – 17:30 at the Reading Biscuit Factory)

In this life changing workshop you will :

  • Find your core values with a playful and very accurate method tested and approved many times
  • Understand what truly matters to you by analysing 9 important aspects of your life and deciding which ones to improve
  • Lay down the milestones of your new action plan to confidently reach your goals

You will understand yourself on a deeper level and feel more motivated than ever to implement the changes towards the best version of you and towards your best life.

Join me on the mat for this Back Care Pilates Workshop where we will :

  •  discuss the main causes of lower back discomfort
  • go through a series of specific movements to help release tightness and tensions (physical and emotional)
  • take away exercises to improve posture at home
“Pilates with Props”

Sunday May 15th

(15:30 – 17:30 at the Reading Biscuit Factory)

Join me on the mat to discover or rediscover the Magic Circle.

A simple and versatile tool to get creative on the mat, add some fun to your Pilates practice and discover new ways to connect to your body. You will also learn how to improve your breath work and maybe even discover muscles you didn’t know you had.

And as always, you can meet me

every Tuesday 18:30 on the mat
for one hour of gentle Pilates.

An hour of self-care where you will move all your joints to keep them smooth, stretch and strengthen your muscles, reinforce your pelvic floor and your core.

All abilities welcome. All you need is a mat.
