121 Personal Training and/or Life Coaching :
This package includes one weekly 121 session.
Based on your choice and needs, these sessions can either be based on movement (Personal Training, Pilates) or discussion (Life Coaching, Lifestyle and Wellbeing advice)
The sessions are on a regular weekly basis (same day same time), which is usually 4 sessions per month. However if your session is on Mondays and there are 5 Mondays in one month, you will then get 5 sessions.
Included :
- One weekly 121 Personal Training or Life Coaching session (55 min)
- Monthly 10 min mobility (video)
- Monthly 10 min mindfulness (audio)
