The Rise program is a 12-week, carefully structured journey designed to support you as you navigate grief while maintaining the responsibilities and balance required by daily life. Whether you are a caregiver, parent, entrepreneur, or leader, Rise offers a comprehensive and compassionate approach that honors your grief while empowering you to continue showing up for those who need you.

A Holistic Three-Pillar Approach:

Throughout the program, you will be guided by three foundational pillars:

  1. Emotional Resilience – Neuroscience-based tools and practical strategies will help you build resilience and manage the intense emotions that grief brings.
  2. Mindful Awareness – Through mindfulness practices, reflective journaling, and meditation, you will develop a deeper awareness of your emotions, cultivate self-compassion and learn how to react to your emotions in a helpful and not destructive way.
