I have been taking part in life coaching / PT sessions for 4 years now with Sylvia. Each time we plan some exercise, which could be a brisk walk/jog to weights to Pilates.
During the session Sylvia gives me a safe space in which to talk through my challenges and life experiences in a structured way. We always come to a solution by working together to talk things through.
This has had a major impact on my life. I have become more confident, motivated and logical.
The combination of life coaching and PT is incredible because it is a holistic approach to managing my well-being. I really can’t thank Sylvia enough for her intervention and support in my life. I would definitely recommend life coaching and PT with Sylvia.
