I LOVE Sylvias Pilates classes. I also teach classes and PT and Sylvia’s classes are some of the best classes going. I have spent years lifting weights but of late have had a few more injuries and issues and Pilates always sorts that out for me. It really gives me the regular MOT my body needs, and helps me to continue strengthening my mind body connection which is needed in every aspect of life. I think these classes are so perfectly thought through and accessible to everyone. I’m so glad to be able to attend them!
