I was lucky enough to be able to book a session with Sylvia to focus in on what was going on in my business, how much I was spreading myself, what was working what was not, and how much energy this was taking. Sylvia worked hard to try to get me to narrow things down, let go of somethings that seemed to be taking too much space. She pushed me to set some deadlines and make some decisions. As always she continued to reassure me that I was going in the right direction and continues to support me in what I do.
