Online Training and Lifestyle Program :

This package is exclusively online through an app, giving you access to weekly training sessions completely tailored to your schedule, your abilities, and goals. And adapted to the equipment available to you.

Get access to a personalised 12 week training program with up to 3 weekly sessions. You will feel stronger, fitter and happier week after week. The many in app features will keep you accountable and motivated.

EXCLUSIVE

121 Personal Training and/or Life Coaching :

This package includes one weekly 121 session.

Based on your choice and needs, these sessions can either be based on movement (Personal Training, Pilates) or discussion (Life Coaching, Lifestyle and Wellbeing advice)

The sessions are on a regular weekly basis (same day same time), which is usually  4 sessions per month. However if your session is on Mondays and there are 5 Mondays in one month, you will then get 5 sessions.

Included :

  • One weekly 121 Personal Training or Life Coaching session (55 min)
  • Monthly 10 min mobility (video)
  • Monthly 10 min mindfulness (audio)

COMPLETE

Hybrid All Inclusive

This is the most popular option, as it gives you access to everything :

  • Weekly 121 sessions (either Personal Training and / or Life Coaching)
  • Up to 3 weekly online training sessions

Examples of what this could look like per month :

  • 2 Life Coaching session + 2 PT sessions + 2 x week online training
  • 4 Life Coaching sessions + 3 x week online training
  • 4 PT sessions + 1 x week online training
  • The options are endless, and can therefore be fully adapted to your goals and current situation.

This package also includes :

    • Live Pilates every Saturday (45 min on Zoom)
    • Nutritional guidance / Meal plan
    • Lifestyle improvement, habit and progress tracking
    • Monthly 10 min mobility routine (video)
    • Monthly 10 min mindfulness practice (audio)
    • Monthly 20 min check up (online)

SUBSCRIPTION

Each subscription is for a minimum of 3 months, paid monthly.
Gains in performance as well as lifestyle changes require around three months of regular practice.
The weekly 121 sessions are part of a subscription plan and can therefore neither be refunded nor transferred to another month.
You can upgrade or downgrade your package at anytime as follows :
Upgrades will be effective from the end of the month they were requested, until the end of the 3 months subscription plan.
Downgrades will be effective from the end of the 3 months subscription plan and applicable to the new 3 months cycle.

Every month I will record a new mindfulness practice which may be :

The variety will give you the opportunity to broaden your knowledge of different ways to regulate the nervous system, and find the ones that work best for you. These routines will be short and won’t require any previous experience or particular equipment

Saturday Online Pilates (45min Zoom)

Join me on the mat for a gentle 45 min Pilates class open to all abilities. Every week we will

  • Move our body in its full range of motion to keep the joints smooth and happy
  • Gently stretch and strengthen our muscles
  • Develop our mind-body awareness and increase proprioception through focus and flow
  • Explore movement with gratitude and playfulness

All you need is a mat. No prior experience required. The exercises are adaptable to all levels
